Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received or, for pay-on-delivery orders, when we confirm it with you. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable; any payment made is refunded.

Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KSh). The total, including any delivery fee, is shown before you place your order.
