Payment methods

The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout.

M-Pesa

When you choose M-Pesa, you receive a prompt on your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN to pay. Your order is confirmed automatically once Safaricom confirms the payment. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN by phone or WhatsApp.

Bank transfer

If bank transfer is offered, the account details and your payment reference are shown after you place your order. Your order is confirmed once we have verified the money has arrived in our account.

Pay on delivery or collection

If offered for your order, pay when you receive or collect your items.

Card payments

If offered, card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
